ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISING EFFORT

It takes money to MAKE ART
(because capitalism). And Wisconsin ranks 49th in state funding for the Arts, meaning most of our support needs to come from private sources. Donating to the Constructivists not only makes you smart, but it also helps fund the effort to make some of the best art in Milwaukee.

Here are the ways donations help:

$10 can buy one script for an actor to use

$25 could pay for a ticket for someone who can't afford one

$50 can pay for a rehearsal room for a day

$100 could buy 10 posters to hang around Milwaukee to find more fans

$500 could buy set materials for one production.

$1000 could pay for the rights for one (1) contemporary play

$3,000 could help support the living wage for one (1) actor in a production. Our current rate is an abysmal $200/production. However, one of these years we hope to be able to pay a living wage to our artists while working for us. (LEARN MORE)

$5,000 could help pay the rent and rehearsal space for a whole production

$10,000 could help pay the rent for our own storefront performance space.

$100,000 could help fund an entire season and help us pay our (currently) volunteer artistic staff.

But anything you have to spare is so very much appreciated. And used.
