5 Years Ago Today We Debuted with GRUESOME PLAYGROUND INJURIES

On this day in 2018, we opened our very first production on Milwaukee stages - GRUESOME PLAYGROUND INJURIES by Rajiv Joseph - at the Underground Collaborative (WE MISS YOU).

With the help of Jaimelyn Gray (Director), Solana Ramírez-García (Kayleen), Rob Schreiner (Doug), Dana Vetter (Stage Manager), Sarah Harris (Set/Costume Design), Les Zarzecki (Set Construction), Aaron Suggs (Lighting Design), Robert Hornbostel (Sound Design), Laura Sturm (Voice & Movement), and Becky Cofta (PR & Marketing), we set out on our journey to (hopefully) make the best visceral, passionate, dark art Milwaukee has to offer. And from that very first day we've made it a point that no matter where you're from, we have space for you on this Island of Misfit Toys. (Also big thank you shout outs to Matthew Ivan Bennett, Amanda Bowen, Dave Knox, JR Sullivan, and Matt Kemple for other heavy lifting.)

And despite a pandemic that kicked *US* in the gut, we are still here. We hope you've enjoyed the shows along the way and we'll see you at the Interchange Theater Co-Op in April for I'M GONNA PRAY FOR YOU SO HARD, our 10th production.

Thank you, Patrons, for finding us these past 5 years.

What's YOUR favorite show? Favorite moment? We'd love to hear your stories.
